GlobalFoundries is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Malta Fab8 site. You will monitor, sustain, and improve semiconductor equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires electrical or mechanical expertise, experience with schematics, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom. GF offers PTO, health plans, 401(k), relocation assistance, and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Degree (or equivalent).
• Experience: Electrical or mechanical background; 2-year technical degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics/diagrams; strong problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and test readiness for manufacturing.
• Communicate status updates to Lead Tech and Engineers, and document events.
• Follow EHS&S policies and work safely in a cleanroom environment.
