Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, a leader in semiconductor services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hayward, CA. You will maintain relationships across Customers, Engineering, Quality, Production and Sales, handling order processing details and time-sensitive issues within the company and with customers.

We require excellent written and spoken English, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to speak, read and write in English; additional languages are a plus.
1–2 years of customer service experience in office setting or equivalent education/experience.
Basic computer skills; proficiency with email, word processing and spreadsheets.
Good verbal and written communication; ability to organize and prioritize email traffic.

Responsibilities

Handle all communications between the customer and Pentagon Technologies via email, phone and teleconference.
Attend on-site customer meetings as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
Request work, expedite requests, and act as intermediary between customer and engineering on processing issues.
Follow procedures to ensure consistent, timely responses to inquiries and issues.
Attend daily site meetings, production planning and customer escalations to maintain service quality.
