Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support production teams with daily engineering tasks. You will build and update engineering part records, disposition discrepant materials, and maintain metrology tools and processing equipment for quality parts delivery.

You will work in a controlled office, chemical, and laboratory environment, performing data-heavy tasks and calibration duties, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Print reading and developing skills are required.
• Proficient with MS Office and shop floor control software.
• Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Excellent spreadsheet and database management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor processes to parts meeting safety requirements and efficiency.
• Verify and check processes for compliance.
• Disposition non-conforming materials.
• Perform technical training of production staff.
• Generate prints for inspection and coatings.
• Assist in maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
• Develop and maintain documentation and records.
