Toppan Photomasks Round Rock is seeking a seasoned technical customer service professional to manage order entry and provide expert support to customers in the photomask field. You will review potential issues, deliver timely status updates, and drive problem resolution while collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance to improve orders.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on reliability and independent work to uphold high daily

Formación

• Minimum of five years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience
• General understanding of overall photomask and reticle making process

Responsible for order entry processing of jobs and providing some technical support to Company customers, including technical order review of potential issues and provides timely delivery status as requested and provides product problem recognition/resolution (PAR system). Delivers technical information/education for customers and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service. When necessary, provides Sales, Manufacturing and Finance teams with internal issues and or ideas that can help to improve orders.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Minimum of five years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/Photomask Industry
• General understanding of overall photomask and reticle making process

Skills:

• Some PC skills are needed; Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
