LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Semiautomatic Specialist Operator to support line leaders with Change Overs, quality inspections, and timely escalation. You will operate the Semiautomatic Box Former and/or Box Closer or Case Packer, helping maintain high quality and on‑time production while adhering to safety standards.

Technical education in Mechanics and 1–2 years of machine operator experience on high‑speed lines are required; you should read tape measures, understand fractions

Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanics is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as machine operator on high‑speed lines.
• Experience with cardboard processing machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiautomatic line equipment (box former/box closer/case packer).
• Support line leaders with changeovers and quality checks.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow SOPs.
• Escalate safety/quality issues promptly.
