Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Packing Supervisor for the night shift to lead highly automated packing operations. You will oversee production lines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, efficient execution of the production plan.

You will monitor KPIs, coach frontline staff, and apply data-driven improvements to equipment reliability and process flow, shaping a strong, collaborative organization in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in production/automated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, or material handling systems.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced operations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during disruptions.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across highly automated production lines to ensure safe, stable, and efficient execution of the production plan.
• Monitor production KPIs and oversee automation systems through MES/SCADA/HMI.
• Coach and develop frontline operators and technicians; drive continuous improvement for equipment reliability and production flow.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to maintain continuity.
