Job summary

LEGO Group Virginia Manufacturing is seeking a Packing Supervisor for the night shift to lead highly automated production lines and ensure safe, efficient execution of the production plan. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to sustain production continuity.

You will monitor KPIs, coach frontline operators, and drive continuous improvement focusing on equipment reliability, production flow, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production operations leading teams in a production or automated environment.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, or material handling systems.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across highly automated production lines.
• Monitor production KPIs and ensure safe, stable execution of the production plan.
• Coach and develop frontline operators and technicians; support continuous improvement initiatives.
