We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team of marketing experts. If you are passionate about digital marketing, optimizing campaigns, and advancing your SEM skills, this role is for you!

Job Summary:

As a Senior SEM Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic SEM campaigns to enhance online visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will lead a team of SEM Account Managers, collaborate with digital health and e-commerce clients, and apply industry best practices to achieve excellent results. Your role involves data analysis, staying current on SEM trends, and ongoing campaign optimization to surpass client goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement SEM strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage campaign budgets and forecasts.
  • Create testing roadmaps and evolve SEM programs continuously.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) highlighting past performance and testing priorities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Create, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Write and optimize ad copy for high CTR.
    • Set up and optimize landing pages for CRO.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Generate regular KPI reports and assess campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication to understand client goals.
    • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
    • Address client questions and concerns promptly.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor SEM Account Managers.
    • Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and guide team members.
    • Conduct meetings and training sessions.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Keep informed about industry trends and search engine updates.
    • Implement new strategies and tools as needed.
