Job summary

Everlywell is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search advertising and scale the SEM program. You will manage end-to-end campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max) and leverage AI workflows for bidding and ad copy at scale, partnering with analysts to translate insights into action.

You will work under the Head of Growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment to accelerate customer acquisition and drive revenue growth across D2C channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in search campaign management.
• Strong technical expertise in paid search performance tactics with automation.
• Experience running ecommerce Shopping campaigns and Performance Max.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search campaigns, including Shopping and Performance Max as core channels.
• Measure channel KPIs and report performance daily, weekly and quarterly; scale with rules-based automation.
• Conduct keyword research to inform bid strategies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Define experiments to improve channel performance and test ad copy variations at scale.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize bidding, copy generation, and deployment of changes.
• Drive growth by expanding into additional PPC channels as the program matures.
