Job summary

Evlo AI is looking for a seasoned SEO/SEM specialist to own our organic and paid search strategy in a fast-growing tech environment. You will scale technical SEO, site structure, and high-intent campaigns to drive measurable pipeline across channels.

You will partner with content, product, and growth teams to optimize keywords, improve conversions, and maximize ROAS, while building dashboards to track CAC, traffic, rankings, and pipeline attribution.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience within a high-growth technology environment.
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads.
• Strong foundation in HTML, site architecture, core web vitals, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience scaling organic traffic and paid search revenue while maintaining profitable CAC targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits, site speed optimization, and schema markup implementation to improve crawlability and indexation.
• Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bids, keywords, and negative match lists.
• Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized briefs, target high-intent keywords, and improve on-page assets.
• Monitor search algorithm updates, analytics, and data to diagnose traffic drops and identify growth opportunities.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy to improve Quality Score and conversion efficiency.
• Build reporting dashboards to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, CAC, and pipeline attribution.
