Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in the San Jose area is seeking a Selling Specialist to support sales and education efforts across Sephora and Ulta stores in the South Bay. You will drive daily sales, help run in-store events, and ensure Fresh merchandising and visual standards are maintained.

Travel within the territory and weekend availability are required. The role requires strong communication, a proactive client approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Beauty industry experience required; experience in Sephora/Ulta environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend availability (Wednesday-Sunday) and flexible working hours.
• Own means of transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and promoting the brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of in-store events to drive sales and brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers meet merchandising and visual standards and report issues to the executive.
• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and submit hours weekly.
• Communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Sales and Education Executive.
