Qualifications

• Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) in assigned stores.
• Plan and execute in-store events to increase ROI and event sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers meet merchandising standards; report issues.
• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and submit hours weekly.
• Communicate daily sales, stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Executive promptly.

The Selling Specialist supports the Sales and Education Executive by driving sales and executing merchandising and promotional activities across Sephora and Ulta stores in the assigned Montreal territory. This role focuses on building strong retail partnerships, achieving daily sales targets, and ensuring Fresh displays meet brand standards. The position requires travel within the territory and flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) in assigned stores throughout the territory.


• Assist the Executive in planning and executing in-store events to increase ROI and event sales.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.


• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers are visually impeccable and aligned with merchandising standards; report outstanding issues.


• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and submit hours weekly.


• Communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Executive promptly.
