Ashley Furniture is seeking a dynamic Selling Manager to lead our retail store to new heights, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor, coach a winning team, recruit and evaluate staff, and collaborate with visual and operations teams to ensure an engaging showroom.
