Belk in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and process transactions. This hourly role emphasizes building relationships, driving sales, and maintaining attractive selling areas.

You will learn product knowledge, participate in stock replenishment, and support store operations while enjoying a friendly team environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service and meeting store objectives.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and continuously improve selling skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based devices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around all store areas and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Apply suggestive selling to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with care.
• Maintain appealing displays, signage, and stock replenishment.
• Support store operations including pricing, promos, and product placement.
