Job summary

Verstela is seeking a leadership-focused recruiter/manager to develop recruiting strategies for clients and lead a team. This in-office role includes travel to local client sites and opportunities to drive market-leading staffing outcomes.

You will guide strategy, coach team members, and ensure delivery excellence while collaborating with clients to exceed branch goals and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
• Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
• Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting.
• Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
• Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls.
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients.

Your team will look to you for guidance, direction and planning support. Being effective and clear in your communication and delegation is essential for the overall health and success of your team.

You will

Pay: $92,000 – $133,000 base salary (monthly bonuses too!)

Location

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
