Job summary

Verstela in Beaverton, OR seeks a seasoned leader to guide a recruiting team in a sales-driven environment. You will develop strategies for clients, conduct coaching, and drive performance reviews to meet branch goals.

This in-office role requires clear communication, strong delegation, and the ability to plan and manage client interactions. Travel to local client sites is expected.

About this position:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership and strategic skills to help meet and exceed branch goals. The work you do will be critical to the success of the team – and the company. While previous experience in recruiting is not required, we are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience. Your team will look to you for guidance, direction and planning support. Being effective and clear in your communication and delegation is essential for the overall health and success of your team.

You will:

Pay:

Target salary range for this role is $93,900 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. The full salary range for the role is $93,900 - $122,000.

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
