Verstela is seeking a Centralized Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual) in Everett, WA. The role focuses on guiding job seekers, interviewing applicants, and aligning candidates with available opportunities, leveraging strong English/Spanish communication.

You will schedule interviews, ensure open positions are filled, and move candidates through the recruiting process while keeping precise talent records, in a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm workday. Training and growth await the right candidate.
