Verstela is seeking a proven leader to drive recruiting strategies and client engagement in Beaverton, OR. You will guide a team, plan initiatives, and coordinate performance reviews, coaching, and client interactions in a sales-driven environment.

You will

Pay:

Target salary range for this role is $93,900 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. The full salary range for the role is $93,900 - $122,000.

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
