Qualifications

• Familiar with industry documents, mTrade's products and services, policies, terms and conditions.
• Experience inputting verbiage into a system for client files and documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify missing documents in files.
• Input verbiage into system for clients missing documents.
• Provide visibility when files are reviewed and not missing critical documents (DDV).
• Verify data extracted for reports before sending to 3rd party.
• Record errors in a tracking system and update them.
• Close tickets issued from emails in the system.
• Prepare files to print and ship from office 2-3 days per week.
