Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of related experience in the financial or banking industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Traders and Financial Advisors, primarily correcting trades.
• Work with other departments to resolve back office issues, including contacting other brokerage firms on comparison discrepancies.
• Monitor regulatory websites taking corrective action or manually report trades as needed.
• Provide Traders daily reports for balancing and P&L details.
• Process and maintain all fixed income invoices and master agreements.
