Job summary

Tradeify is hiring a Trader Support Specialist to be the primary contact for traders and customers across live chat, email, Discord, and other channels. You will own interactions from start to resolution with a focus on clear, professional communication in a fast-paced trading environment.

This high-touch role requires empathy, technical curiosity, and the ability to troubleshoot across platform issues, data feeds, and operational inquiries while maintaining superior service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for traders and customers via live chat, email, Discord and other channels.
• Identify, assess, and resolve inquiries including account questions, technical issues and platform questions.
• Develop understanding of Tradeify’s platforms, tools, and trader workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate to Compliance/Operations/Technology when needed.
• Educate traders on account processes, platform functionality, and trader expectations.
• Contribute to learning resources and knowledge bases to improve self-service.
