Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain, operations management, data analysis, or business.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Clear, structured thinking with strong project management awareness.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for 3–4 of 7 open positions, to support Chinese-speaking sellers.

Responsibilities

• Identify which sellers are the best fit for the platform's logistics solutions based on order volume, SKU characteristics, and business model, and drive adoption of the right solution.
• Own the seller launch process end-to-end, including system integration (ERP/OMS), logistics account setup, and shipping label tool configuration.
• Resolve logistics exceptions such as lost packages and delivery delays within a 24-hour target, coordinating internal and external resources as needed.
• Monitor seller fulfillment performance, proactively identify risk, and support process improvements based on seller feedback and operational data.
• Conduct seller training sessions on logistics tools and best practices.
• Document processes, SOPs, and issue-resolution workflows to support consistent onboarding and operations.
• Support special projects such as industry research and competitive benchmarking as needed.
