Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Valid Louisiana Class D driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight of programs and report updates and concerns to the Director.
• Submit recommendations and approvals for requests, purchasing requisitions, and expenditures for program operations.
• Research, develop, and submit applications and funding proposals to support program operations.
