Job summary

Rockside Self Storage, part of Universal Storage Group, is seeking a part-time Relief Manager to support daily retail operations. The role involves greeting customers, helping select storage units, completing rental paperwork, performing walk-throughs, and maintaining records while contributing to monthly marketing efforts.

Stores are open six days a week, 9:30am to 6:00pm. Benefits include 401k with company match and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete Background Check.
• Must successfully complete Drug Screen.
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the facility with a smile and handshake.
• Assist customers in selecting the best storage unit size for their needs.
• Complete all rental paperwork accurately.
• Conduct facility Walk Thru and Lock checks as scheduled.
• Post payments received the day of receipt.
• Track and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Maintain customer records and notes.
