The Feldman Companies is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its North Miami Beach, FL on-site team. The role supports sourcing, underwriting, and execution of self-storage development and acquisition opportunities, including market research and financial modeling.

You will prepare investment memos and presentations, coordinating with lawyers, lenders, brokers, and consultants, while assisting with entitlement and project management through stabilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel or equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects on-site in a team environment.
Experience with real estate transactions and development processes is a plus.
