Job summary

Related is seeking a Senior Associate to support a brickell Miami office development project and contribute to new deal origination and underwriting. The role covers site acquisition through stabilization, including financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, perform market and zoning analyses, and underwrite deals while coordinating with external partners to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of real estate development experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in real estate financial modeling required.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to produce executive-ready materials.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive workstreams on an office development project, including design coordination, construction monitoring, budgeting, leasing strategy, and tenant buildouts.
• Conduct market assessments, zoning assessments, and due diligence for site acquisition and development feasibility.
• Perform market research to support leasing strategy, including rents and concessions.
• Underwrite active and new development deals and prepare business plans and financial forecasts.
• Track budget, schedule, risk, and prepare status reports for ownership and senior leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to oversee construction costs, budgeting, and deliverables timeline.
• Create internal/external correspondence, project and property descriptions, and leasing/marketing materials.
• Coordinate with external partners and design consultants to align with goals and timelines.
• Produce executive-level project reporting with high accuracy and brand-consistent formatting.
