You will lead underwriting, prepare investment committee memorandums, draft LOIs, review agreements, and support asset management and investor relations. The role offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial field.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior professionals and external partners.
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with integrity and a performance-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the underwriting and analysis of potential acquisitions.

• Draft and manage Letters of Intent (LOIs) accurately.
• Review agreements and negotiate open items with senior leadership.
