Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a motivated Self-Storage Property Manager for Windsor Mill, MD. You will patrol the facility daily, address maintenance requests, and keep the property clean and secure. You will also prepare vacated units for new tenants and assist customers on-site.

This role emphasizes hands-on stewardship of a storage site, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers have a reliable experience. A valid driver’s license is required and the team encourages internal growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint/patch repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site when needed.
• Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part.
• Make phone calls to follow up on leads and delinquencies
