Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Associate to help keep our on-site storage facility safe and functional. You will walk the property daily, perform small repairs, clean units and common areas, and assist customers when they are on site.

No college degree is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are enough. We provide tools, a supportive team, and opportunities to advance from within.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks or any issue.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs, sweeping, cleaning and preparing for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers on site when needed.
• Maintain the place so it looks proper and runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
