Job summary

Ringgold Self Storage, managed by Universal Storage Group, is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver world-class service. You will learn through our four-phase training with USG Certified Trainers covering sales, operations, auctions, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to the right unit, handling paperwork, deposits, and monthly marketing, while ensuring facilities are clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Background check clearance is required.
• Drug screen must be completed successfully.
• Attitude and aptitude testing will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and handshake.
• Help customers select the best unit size.
• Complete rental paperwork accurately.
• Perform facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments on receipt day.
• Track and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Maintain customer records and notes.
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts.
• Engage in monthly marketing via calls, visits, emails, social media, events.
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchases.
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition.
• Keep offices, grounds, and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Prepare auction units according to procedures and lien laws.
• Perform other duties as required.
