Job summary

Platinum Storage Group is seeking a diligent Site Manager to run daily operations and drive rentable units, parking spaces, and related revenue at the Gallatin facility. You will deliver excellent customer service, process leases, and manage collections while maintaining a clean, secure site.

Ideal candidates will excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, use management software, and work well with vendors. A valid driver’s license and background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer concerns.
• Comfortable handling high foot traffic and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use management software and mobile technology.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous self-storage or related industry experience is a plus.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally (English)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and have acceptable results of a background check
• Current valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Assist customers with selecting the right storage solution and completing rental agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly rental and sales goals.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Manage delinquent accounts and follow company collection procedures.
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily operational reports.
• Promote tenant protection plans and other company services.
• Build relationships within the local community to help generate new business.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Conduct marketing tasks in local area as required
• Enforce rules governing the property
• Maintain a professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
