Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist customers with selecting storage solutions and completing rental agreements.
• Meet and exceed monthly rental and sales goals.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Manage delinquent accounts and follow collection procedures.
• Inspect property daily to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors as needed.
• Maintain records and daily operational reports.
• Promote tenant protection plans and other services.
• Build relationships to generate new local business.
• Follow company policies while maintaining a safe, professional environment.
