Prime Storage Group in Menifee, CA is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily self-storage operations, rentals, and on-site customer service. You will drive occupancy, lead a team, manage maintenance, and ensure security and curb appeal while delivering exceptional tenant experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in-person and by phone to meet tenant needs.
• Show and rent units, upsell merchandise and insurance, and cross-sell other facilities.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and tenant communication.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure clean, safe, and secure facilities.
