Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties in Loganville, GA seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and oversee daily operations of our storage facilities. You will support lead management, sales, unit inventory, and brand adherence.

You will handle customer inquiries, process rentals and payments, manage delinquency and auction processes, and ensure accurate records and security compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales/customer service/property management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail in inventory and security protocols.
• Experience with delinquency management, collections, and daily reconciliations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auctions for unpaid accounts and reconcile delinquencies.
• Understand local market for pricing strategies and customer demographics.
• Process rental agreements, protection plans, and apply discounts as applicable.
• Maintain records of sales activities and transactions; daily rent payments.
