Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending packing supplies. The job involves moving between locations, outdoor work partially, and driving requirements with mileage reimbursement. Experience in service-based sales environments is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
• Ability to transport items and work outdoors (up to 50% of time).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations (e.g., packing/moving supplies).
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits; assist with payments reminders and collections.
