Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, independently handling customer needs, sales, and daily site operations. You will assess storage requirements, suggest packing supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through regular inspections.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and assisting customers with payments while traveling between locations using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service industries.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Operate across multiple locations and transport between sites as needed.
