Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will work independently at multiple locations, balancing inside and outdoor duties to keep spaces ready for rent. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, perform daily inspections, handle cash, and assist customers with payments, including reminders and collections.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Flexible to work across multiple locations and environments.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily responsibilities.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Travel between different locations to support operations.
