Job summary

Public Storage is looking for a Property Manager to operate across multiple sites, assisting customers with storage needs and upselling packing products. You will perform daily unit inspections, ensure inventory readiness, and handle cash deposits as part of the role.

Candidates with experience in customer service-based sales environments are encouraged. A valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between sites are required, with mileage reimbursement available.

• Ability to communicate effectively and upsell related products.
• Comfort with handling cash and basic financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make product/service recommendations.
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits as required.
• Assist customers with payments and proactive reminders/collections when needed.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
