Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert inquiries into rentals and sell storage solutions.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auctions.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliations.
• Support maintenance and property improvements.
• Lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
