Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Prime Storage Group facilities. You’ll rent units and trucks, handle inquiries, and build customer relationships while maintaining property standards.

The role involves upselling moving supplies, assisting in unit sizing, and ensuring payments and deposits are processed accurately. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, learn new apps, and use POS systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook and basic Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections and payments posting.
• Handle daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Inspect property and perform lock checks; perform other duties as assigned.
