• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug screening.
• Bilingual fluency is a highly valued plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet tenants, answer inquiries, and close leases.
• Upsell moving supplies and services.
• Manage customer accounts and handle billing inquiries.
• Open and close cash drawer; process deposits.
• Perform on-site security checks and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate multi-site coverage as needed.
• Support annual revenue goal discussions.
