The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a Monday–Sunday schedule with weekend shifts. On-site housing is available at select locations, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality or self-storage is a plus.
• Must have Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, inside office and on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
