Job summary

StoragePRO Management is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Paso Robles, CA to rent storage units, explain options to fit customer needs and provide superb service.

You will conduct facility inspections, process payments, and maintain tenant records while upholding safety and company policies. Reports to District Manager; weekend availability is required, with extensive on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outstanding customer service skills; experience in self-storage, property management, retail, or hospitality is ideal.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational abilities.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options/pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries while building relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and equipment function.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to District Manager; attendance is essential.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO you will:

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned
