Job summary

Arroyo Parkway Self Storage in Pasadena, CA is hiring a Full-Time Self-Storage Assistant Manager to lead on-site operations, handle daily financials, and oversee customer accounts with a focus on strong service.

You will greet tenants, conduct tours, process move-ins/move-outs, upsell moving supplies, and coordinate security checks and light maintenance while supporting the Facility Manager, with weekend shifts and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in self-storage, retail sales, or hospitality management.
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week, including mandatory weekend shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background, credit checks and drug screening.
• High-energy, strong time-management skills and a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, run tours, and convert inquiries into leases.
• Upsell moving supplies and explain facility features to customers.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and manage billing inquiries.
• Handle daily cash drawer, deposits, and petty cash under supervision.
• Perform security checks and assist with on-site maintenance and cleaning.
