US Storage Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage to service multiple CA locations including Chino Hills and Chino. You will market and rent storage units, work both inside the office and on-site, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

This full-time role features a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, requires a valid Real ID or Passport for training, and involves travel 25%–50% of the time. The position offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Effective marketing and selling of self-storage solutions.
• Must possess strong customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required.
