Role requires a valid Real ID/Passport for training travel, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 25–50% of the time. 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule; weekend availability; salary $19–$20 per hour with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or self-storage is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willing to travel 25%–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, inside an office and on the property.
• Caretake property, perform cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walks to verify spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Must have Real ID or Passport to travel to training center.
