Job summary

US Storage Centers, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage (Floater Part-Time) to market storage solutions and manage rental activities across multiple California locations, including Riverside. You will work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend shifts, travel 25%–50% to various sites, and handle daily property operations.

Qualifications

Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
Work hours include 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent
Accurate payment processing and cash handling
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to perform essential functions
