Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage operator, seeks an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group in California. Youll rent units, handle inquiries, and maintain the property while delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers.

Youll upsell moving products, manage payments, and assist with maintenance tasks. The role requires local travel flexibility and a team-focused attitude to drive strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units and related products; convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable, process payments, and deliver daily deposits.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions; ensure site cleanliness.
