Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group in Bohemia, NY. You’ll rent units and trucks, sell merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining property appearance and daily operations.

You will handle accounts receivable, deposits, and upsell moving products, with opportunities for career advancement and competitive pay and benefits. Must be 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through posting of payments and processing.
• Delivery of daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met, and inspect the property.
