Qualifications

• 2–4 years of mortgage sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of underwriting criteria and guidelines.
• Knowledge of Federal and State mortgage regulations.
• Strong knowledge of conforming loan programs and industry rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets and exceeds individual and/or team sales goals.
• Increase conforming loan applications through marketing and referrals.
• Introduce self-sourced customers to other bank lines of business.
• Drive business development outside branch network through real estate agents and builders.
• Comply with SAFÉ Act requirements and bank policies.
